onderhoudsmonteur / maintenance engineer

Wat ga je doen?
Als Onderhoudsmonteur bij CueSupport ben jij de technische held die:

• Preventieve & periodieke inspecties uitvoert aan toneeltechnische installaties.
• Werkt met diverse technieken zoals mechanische en elektrische hijstechnieken en hydraulische lifttechnieken.
• Kleine storingen verhelpt die tijdens inspecties aan het licht komen.
• Machines en installaties nauwkeurig afstelt.
  
  

Een week in het leven van:
Als onderhoudsmonteur kom je voorbereid naar je werk. Je hebt je ingelezen in de installatie waar je die week aan de slag gaat. Op maandag reis je naar locatie, dat kan in Amsterdam, Groningen, Maastricht, Berlijn, Durban, Toulouse, Skelleftea of ergens anders zijn. Eenmaal aangekomen starten jouw werkzaamheden. Samen met het team waarmee je ingepland staat, voer je nauwkeurig de aangewezen onderhoudstaken uit. Hier heb je doorgaans drie tot vijf dagen te tijd voor, samen met je collega’s. Zit je in het buitenland? Dan ga je gezellig met collega’s een hapje eten, of heb je ’s avonds tijd voor jezelf. Ontdek de stad of chill op je hotelkamer, dat is natuurlijk helemaal aan jou!
Op vrijdagen zit je gewoonlijk op kantoor. Deze dag is voor reparaties, productiewerkzaamheden en administratieve taken. Vaak is er ook een vrijdagmiddagborrel die je niet wilt missen!

In deze functie verwachten we van jou:

• Flexibiliteit, probleemoplossend vermogen en leergierigheid.
• Gedegen kennis van materialen en gereedschappen.
• Zelfstandig en teamgericht werken, met hoge verantwoordelijkheid voor werk kwaliteit.
• Geen hoogtevrees; toneeltorens kunnen wel 30 meter hoog zijn!
• Een passie voor veiligheid en veilig werken.
• Ervaring in het lezen en begrijpen van technische tekeningen.
• Snel inzicht in complexe technische installaties.
• Bereidheid tot reizen en overnachten, zowel nationaal als internationaal.
• Geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit, vanwege het reizen en de theaterwereld zijn er flexibele werktijden.
• Stressbestendigheid en servicegerichtheid.
• Nauwkeurigheid in uitvoering van werkzaamheden.

Wat breng je mee?

• MBO-diploma Elektrotechniek/Werktuigbouwkunde of relevante ervaring.
• Basiskennis van elektrisch schakelen, hijstechniek, besturingstechniek, technische automatisering en PLC’s.
• Basiskennis van veiligheidsvoorschriften, regelgeving en technische normen is een pré.
• Ervaring in metaalbewerking en lassen is een pré.
• Rijbewijs B.

Maintenance Engineer

We also lead the commissioning of Trekwerk systems. Together, we strive for top performance on and behind the stage.

What will you do?
As a Maintenance Engineer at CueSupport, you will be the technical hero who:

• Performs preventive & periodic inspections on stage technology installations.
• Works with various techniques such as mechanical and electrical lifting techniques and hydraulic lift techniques.
• Fixes minor malfunctions revealed during inspections.
• Adjusts machinery and installations accurately.
  
  

A week in the life of:
As a maintenance engineer, you come to work prepared. You have familiarised yourself with the installation you will be working on that week. On Monday, you travel to location, which could be in Amsterdam, Groningen, Maastricht, Berlin, Durban, Toulouse, Skelleftea or somewhere else. Once you arrive, your work starts. Together with the team you are scheduled with, you will carry out designated maintenance tasks accurately. You will usually have three to five days to do this, together with your colleagues. Are you abroad? Then you’ll go out for a bite to eat with colleagues, or have time to yourself in the evening. Explore the city or chill in your hotel room, of course it’s entirely up to you!
On Fridays, you will usually be in the office. This day is for repairs, production work and administrative tasks. There is also often a Friday afternoon drink that you don’t want to miss!

In this role, we expect from you:

• Flexibility, problem-solving ability and eagerness to learn.
• Thorough knowledge of materials and tools.
• Independent and team-oriented work, with high responsibility for work quality.
• No fear of heights; stage towers can be up to 30 metres high!
• A passion for safety and working safely.
• Experience in reading and understanding technical drawings.
• Quick understanding of complex technical installations.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight, both nationally and internationally.
• No 9 to 5 mentality, due to travel and theatre business flexible working hours.
• Stress resistance and service orientation.
• Attention to detail in your execution of work.

What do you bring?

• MBO degree in electrical engineering / mechanical engineering or relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of electrical switching, hoisting technology, control technology, technical automation and PLCs.
• Basic knowledge of safety regulations, regulations and technical standards is a plus.
• Experience in metalworking and welding is a plus.
• Driving license B.
